Grace had a great week at the State NSWPSSA touch football championships this week. Tuesday August 6 to Thursday August 8, 2024. 

MacKillop played 12 games over the 3 days, and won 6 games, had two draws and 4 narrow losses (3 only by one try and 1 by 2 tries) to finish 5th overall. They were unlucky to just miss out on the finals as MacKillop had beaten 4th place earlier on the last day 3-0.

Grace played well and was excited to be named the best player for MacKillop for the championships and was awarded the team ball.  

The MacKillop girls were excited to be coached by ex-Australian touch football player, Claire Winchester who passed on mountains of knowledge to the girls throughout the tournament.
