Athletics Carnival
In beautiful conditions, the annual St Anne’s Athletics Carnival was held last Friday. Once again the students are to be congratulated on their behavior, being good sports and their level of participation. A huge thanks also goes to the many students who helped measure and adjudicate at the field events and thanks to the teachers and parent helpers.
The results for the day were: Joes 2129 points, Johns 1424, Pats 1391, Pauls 1341.

A number of records were again broken at the carnival, some quite long standing.

St Anne’s Primary squad will travel to Tumut on 11th June to try out for Western Region selections. The squad is: Oscar Block, Matthias Lancaster Jacob Bett, George Morton, Will Maxwell, Darcy Reardon, Carus Gray, Lenny Lancaster, Jonte Reid, Leo Drenovski, Riley Gilchrist, Judd Oliver, Joey Guymer, Clancy Gibbs, Charles Minchin, Jack King, Ned Townsend.

The secondary students will go onto compete in Canberra at the AIS early next term.
