Next week is a big week for sport with Year 5/6 boys and girls playing in the annual Paul Kelly Cup AFL in Wagga next Wednesday 6th April. St Anne's year 5/6 boys will play in the annual Stephen Bleyer Cup rugby union challenge on Friday 8th April. This Friday we have a number of students travelling to Canberra to trial for Canberra-Goulburn selection in netball and rugby league. Lana King, Livvy Blackwell, Ava Derrick, Lani Summerfield and Lani McCrone will trial for netball and Lenny Guymer, Will Maxwell and Darcy Reardon will trial for under 12's rugby league. Harry Swanston, Judd Oliver and Matthias Lancaster will trial for league under 11's. We wish the best of luck.
Congratulations to Annabelle Gray and Will Maxwell who swam at the MacKillop selection trials in Sydney last week. Both swam very well but did not gain selection, congratulations on a mighty effort!
George Morton was selected in the MacKillop Primary AFL team last Friday. George will now compete at Coffs Harbour for possible selection in the NSW team, we wish George the very best of luck in his trials.
