Sacrament of Confirmation

Thank you so very much to the following helpers for their assistance in making the stoles for Confirmation.

Meg Morton,Cassie Coddington, Ali McCrone and Danielle Haigh and their children for sewing the stoles. Thank you to Trudy Hartwig, Noelene Williams, Cassie Coddington, Mrs Fogarty and Mrs Coleman for helping to assemble the stoles.

The Sacrament of Confirmation is Sunday 19th June at Sacred Heart Parish at 10am.  

The Confirmation Retreat day is being led by Year 9 on Friday 17th in St Jospeh’s hall. We thank Year 9 for the amazing work that they have put into preparing for this day as part of their Youth Ministry unit called ‘Catch the Wave’. We are extremely proud of all that you have achieved so far and look forward to the fun, informative day that you have planned. 

Fundraiser for Catholic Missions Thursday 30th June

On the last school day of term, Thursday 30th June all students are asked to wear casual clothes to school and to please support the work of the Catholic Missions by bringing in a gold coin donation. The SRC will also be making cupcakes for all students from K-10.

Altar servers

We are still in need of additional altar servers for weekend and school Masses. Please be in touch if your child has made their First Eucharist in the Catholic Church is eligible to serve. It is a beautiful way to serve in the Church and a necessary job that requires as much support as possible. Please email jacqueline.collins@cg.catholic.edu.au
