Year 1 participated in the ‘May 50km’ to raise money for MS research. When we started this we were not aware that someone in our class was directly effected by MS. Adele’s Grandmother has been living with MS for the last 21 years. In learning this, it only drove Year 1 on more to raise as much money as we could. We finished up with over 100km and over $900 going towards the Multiple Sclerosis Research Australia. With this we hope to ‘Kiss Goodbye to MS’! 

Today we were lucky enough to have a video chat with Adele’s grandmother and learn about how MS has effected her, what MS is and how we could help. It was very inspiring and Year 1 should be very proud of their efforts.
