Dear St Anne's Community,
The half way mark of the term is upon us and it has been nice to have some sunny and dry days this week.
Garden Viewing
A huge thank you to the Garden Viewing committee for their amazing efforts in making the day such a success. I also appreciate the support of the volunteers that helped out on the day. Events like these do not happen without the combined effort of many. The amount of money raised is incredible with the current tally at $10,000. There is still a cheque to be processed, which will add to this amount. Thank you to the home owners for placing their gardens in this years event. It is greatly appreciated.
Year 10
All the best to our Year 10 students as they conduct exams next week and their work experience placements after that.

Kindergarten Orientation Friday 18/11
We will be welcoming our 2023 Kindergarten students to the next stage of our orientation program. 25 students will join St Anne's in this class next year.
Coffee Machine
We recently received money from Catholic Education to purchase a coffee machine for our 2023 Secondary Hospitality students. We are very excited to have placed that order this week and we can't wait for the opportunities that this will bring for our students (and staff).
Take care,

Athletics Success for St Anne's Students
On the 21st September, 7 students travelled to Sydney for the MacKillop selection trials. Congratulations to Zephanie and Matthias Lancaster, Immy Baldock, Annabelle Gray, Lani and Grace McCrone and Elsie Keith for their efforts in reaching this level of competition and a huge thanks to the parents of these children who went to extraordinary lengths for their children to compete in Sydney and perform in Showcase!! From this meet Lani and Grace McCrone qualified to compete at the NSW PSSA State championships in Sydney.
Congratulations to Lani and Grace McCrone after their success in Sydney at the NSW PSSA State Championships on the 19-20 October 2022.
Lani competed in the high jump and long jump but wasn’t successful in progressing, however, in the Junior Girls High Jump Grace did a Personal Best jump of 1.30, equalling the second best jump of the competition but coming away with a bronze medal due to a count back. Grace also competed in the long jump finishing 15th.
